- Job Description / Responsibilities- Prospecting potential talents for representation and booking Introductory Call 1s.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition process and ensure that it aligns with Dulcedo's values.
- Outbound brand outreach as well as taking part in Agency & brand outreach client calls.
- Actively contribute to activities related to ongoing sponsorships, including contract negotiation and client communication.
- Follow the different organizational protocols and tools and understand why they are in place.
- Participate actively in brainstorming and strategy meetings
- What you bring to the table- Strong desire to pursue a career in talent management and fascination behind the responsibilities of an Agent.
- Keen interest in the realm of brand partnerships, contract negotiation, and sales presentations.
- Knowledgeable about the domain of public relations and social media collaborations.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or managing social media is a valuable asset
