From the initial site selection, consultation and regulatory approval, through the construction, operation and maintenance phases, to conclusion and environmental cleanup, Vertex offers a diverse range of services throughout the life cycle of our clients’ projects.

**OVERVIEW**

**CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Land and/or Safety Administration experience considered an asset
- Completed post-secondary education is preferred
- Eagerness to learn, ethically motivated and results driven
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines with acute attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administer and maintain land and safety files
- Review of survey plans and prepare required third party documentation
- Maintain Vertex’s local safety documents and carry out various safety duties as directed
- Safety administration duties, correspondence, production of documents and communication with corporate safety team
- Prepare general reports and project specific updates to clients
- Assist corporate safety team with annual safety audits
- Compile data and other required information as needed
- Prepare and format reports for clients
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
- Additional administrative duties as required

**LOCATION**
- This position will be based out of our Regina, Saskatchewan office.
