The Assistant Manager will contribute to the overall success of the store by assisting the manager and ownership team to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of all store activities.
- Ensures that all food and products are consistently prepared & served according to Little Caesars high standards
- Ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within Little Caesars operational guidelines
- Performs cash management responsibilities and ensures compliance by Team Members to all safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Team Member Orientation and Training Handbook
- Completes all daily paperwork neatly and accurately as described by the Operational OJT Guide or as directed by management in an organized and timely manner
- Follow all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, appropriately handles unexpected occurrences, and notifies appropriate parties in a timely fashion
- Cleans and organizes work stations and ensures the standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and as required by the local health department
- Trains, coaches and continually mentors staff in the proper, approved procedures for creating pizza, cleaning and store operations

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant or quick service restaurant work experience with at least one year experience acting in a management capacity
- Food handling safety certified (or in the process of obtaining)
- Be First Aid / CPR Certified (or in the process of obtaining)
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

**We offer a competitive compensation package with paid vacation and bonuses for monthly, quarterly and yearly sales/performance targets.**

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
