Truss Team Member

**Position Summary**: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Truss Manufacturing Team. This position is temporary full-time leading to a possibility of permanent full-time. As a Truss Team Member, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by operating machinery, assembling truss components, and ensuring product quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality truss packages.
**Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to**:
- Operate truss table machinery to fabricate truss components according to specifications.
- Assemble truss components accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect truss components for quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in truss manufacturing.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Medium to heavy lifting is a major component of this position.
