CAMH's Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) works with communities, service providers and other partners across Ontario to move evidence to action to create sustainable, equitable, system-level change. With offices in Toronto and across the province, PSSP is on the ground collaborating with partners to build a better system through our work in implementation, knowledge mobilization, evaluation, information management, health equity and lived-experience engagement.

Reporting to the Manager, Knowledge Mobilization, the bilingual Knowledge mobilization community liaison located in Ottawa will serve as the primary point of contact for key partners in the eastern Ontario region (internal and external) within the Kmb team in PSSP. The Kmb community liaison will focus on identifying and developing new partnerships with a specific focus Francophone communities; and strengthening existing ones to connect and support a more evidence-informed Ontario mental health, substance use and addictions system. This includes working with key partners to understand their knowledge gaps and needs; and coordinating and aligning partnerships across different stakeholder groups, communities of interest/practice, project specific advisory committees, ministry and government representatives, Ontario Health Teams, academic and research institutions, community agencies across Ontario, allied sectors, etc. The liaison will also support the French Language Service (FLS) Network, an online community of French speaking Health Care Professionals including monitor activities, encourage participation, and facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange. Responsibilities may include preparing and sending a bi-weekly newsletter, developing meeting materials, hosting quarterly Champions Circle meeting and coordinating related activities. The liaison will employ their expertise in:

- Engaging diverse audiences, knowledge forms and interest groups, including the development of communities through various efforts
- Leading equity-centred engagement and leveraging diverse forms of expertise
- Sustaining collaborative, diverse and multi-professional networks
- Providing critical support for evidence-informed decision-making
- Driving awareness on best-available evidence for high-quality care
- Building French capacity for delivering high-quality care and driving sustainable system-level transformation
- Developing, maintaining and increasing accessibility of high-quality knowledge resources in French
- Supporting evaluation, quality improvement, and integration and digital revitalization of PSSP’s online platforms with a focus on improving accessibility with Francophones
- Providing coaching and training, and consistently reviewing and sharing emerging research and evidence.
