**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Cultivate and maintain plants in a greenhouse or outdoor setting
- Monitor plant health and growth progress
- Water, fertilize, and prune plants as needed
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering
- Use hand tools for planting and maintenance tasks
- Perform heavy lifting as required for plant care
- Implement pest control measures to protect plant health
**Qualifications**:
- Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with irrigating plants effectively
- Proficiency in using hand tools for gardening tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Previous experience in plant cultivation is a plus
- DWC (deep water culture) expriance
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.71-$30.61 per hour
