**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Health Sector & Digital Health Experience**
- Leverage strong understanding of Ontario’s healthcare system, structures, and processes to ensure privacy considerations align with provincial health service delivery.
- Work with key stakeholders across the health sector, including ministry delivery partners and digital health vendors, to implement privacy measures.

**2. Health Privacy Knowledge & Regulatory Expertise**
- Ensure compliance with Ontario's privacy regulations, frameworks, and the **Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA)**.
- Lead privacy impact assessments (PIA) to evaluate potential risks related to personal health information across various health programs.
- Provide expert guidance on privacy policies and oversee regulatory projects in digital health environments.

**3. Program & Project Management**
- Manage complex health and privacy-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead cross-functional teams of professionals and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, driving project success and alignment with business outcomes.

**4. IT Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement strategic plans for health technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct strategic options analysis, evaluating various scenarios, and defining actionable plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clarity on strategic decisions and guiding the organization through the planning and implementation phases.

**5. Business Analysis**
- Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and transition planning for digital health initiatives.
- Manage business projects, ensuring successful results within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Spearhead transformation initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency in healthcare delivery.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Health Sector & Digital Health Experience**: 5+ years of experience working in Ontario’s health sector with a focus on digital health systems, programs, and stakeholders.
- **Privacy Regulations Expertise**: Extensive knowledge of Ontario’s privacy regulations and experience with privacy impact assessments, particularly in relation to PHIPA.
- **Program & Project Management**: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, lead teams, and deliver results within scope and budget.
- **IT Strategy & Planning**: Strong track record in health technology strategic planning and the ability to communicate strategic responses clearly.
- **Business Analysis & Transformation**: Demonstrated success in leading business analysis projects and driving organizational transformation.

Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
