Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Content Strategist to join our team designing a meaningful, well informed patient experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Verily’s mission to bring the promise of precision health to everyone. Our goal is to do this by making participation in clinical research and care management simple, easy and valuable for end users. You’ll radically shape healthcare by bridging the gap between clinical research and care management. You’ll work with the larger Verily UX team and cross-functional groups —including Product Managers, Software engineers, Clinical specialists and more. We are seeking someone with excellent design skills; a fierce advocate for the user; a system-level thinker, who is excited by the challenges of creating innovative, engaging and delightfully simple user experiences for complex workflows across participant touchpoints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transform clinical and business jargon into simple, helpful and clear content for researchers and clinicians.
- Use writing and editing skills to create product content that facilitates task completion, as well as onboarding, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
- Collaborate with clinicians, designers, researchers, legal, marketing, product managers, and engineers; Influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-10 years of experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with content management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven ability of implementing tone, personality, and brand voice.
- Comfortable with early stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity and driving projects forward.
- Strong record of creative thinking, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
- Experience writing for healthcare organizations.
