Bar Crews are responsible for providing customers with quality service, food and beverages, merchandise and in-house products with product knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion. This individual must display natural showmanship, have great communication skills, and have an eye for detail. Bar Crews also communicate beverage descriptions and modifications with team members to ensure guests receive their requested beverages.
- RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Welcomes all guests by determining their coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, and food interests and needs
- Comprehensive knowledge of sake, alcoholic beverages and coffee
- Educates guests by presenting and explaining the coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages and food menu, and merchandise, answering questions
- Promptly receive drink order chits and pour all beverages according to Neo Coffee Bar standards
- Prepares and sells coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, and food by following recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks
- Setup and take apart the bar area
- Daily setup and breakdown of the coffee station
- Engage clients and establish lasting relationships
- Follows all cash management and cash register policies, and ensures the shift team follows proper cash management practices
- Stock and maintain all bar products
- Serve food & beverage and merchandise items as ordered in a timely fashion
- Count and take inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist the manager with inventory ordering
- Comply and action on all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
- Other duties may be assigned

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
