**The Position**

Casino Rama Security prides itself on the proven ability of creating a strong culture of customer service and team work here at Casino Rama. Excitement and challenge best describes what a successful C.R.E.W. member would enjoy as part of the Casino Rama Security team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Know the Company Vision Statement and understand the four Core Values
- Responsible for all aspects of Casino Security: including protection of Casino assets, safety of customers and employees, compliance with Internal Control procedures and legal implications of the Gaming Control Act, Liquor License Act, Trespass to Property Act
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas of the Casino, Hotel and Parking Lots
- Provide information and directions requested by patrons, employees
- Act in a fair and professional manner
- Prepare detailed documentation of significant activities (notebooks, statements, reports, etc)
- Legally detain for probable cause, those persons that may be involved in illegal acts and for the purpose of notifying law enforcement authorities
- Provide emergency medical assistance to guests and employees
- Smile and be courteous

**What You’ll Require**
- Post-secondary education in Law & Security or equivalent is an asset
- Concert Security or Casino Security experience is preferred
- Must be able to pass and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and provide a clean, 3 year Driver’s Abstract annually
- Must be flexible and prepared to change shifts and days off
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Must be able to deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times
- Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proven ability to be a team player
- Must be able to make effective judgments and decisions
- Team player with the ability to follow directions
- French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
- All employees at Casino Rama are expected to:

- Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols
- Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers

To ensure that Casino Rama Resort is compliant with Provincial Regulations governing the age that you are able to enter/access a casino, no individuals that are under the age of nineteen (19) are permitted to access the Gaming Floor unless explicit approval has been received (i.e. hired as an employee).
