**Summary**:
At Value Village our Assistant Retail Manager is in charge of our ever changing and fast paced Sales Floor. The RSM ensures we are delivering a great customer experience. They lead, coach, develop, motivate, empower and manage a Team. The RSM also makes important merchandising and visual display decisions on a daily basis that have a direct impact on the success of your store. We are definitely a departure from traditional retail, so that makes everything a little more complex and a lot more fun
The Assistant retail manager is able and willing to safely, cautiously, and efficiently navigate work environment that may include large industrial machinery, heavy equipment and product, elevated and uneven surfaces and heights, and moving forklifts
