**Position Overview**:As a Receptionist at MedPro Sleep Apnea Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive patient experience while assisting our clinical staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient interactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clinic operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a healthcare setting where your interpersonal skills and sales experience will be highly valued.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Interaction**: Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the clinic. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling when necessary. Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize appointment availability.

**Patient Records**: Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially in compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively. Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documents.

**Sales Support**: Utilize your sales experience to educate patients about our services, products, and treatment options. Assist in presenting and explaining financial and insurance-related information.

**Clinic Support**: Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks, such as preparing patient rooms, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized clinic environment.

**Communication**: Collaborate with team members and clinical staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Relay messages, requests, and important information accurately.

**Quality Assurance**: Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all patient interactions, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or related field is preferred.
- Sales experience and the ability to effectively communicate treatment options is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
