Morrison Hershfield's Quality Management group is looking for a Quality Management Intern to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with management and staff at all levels to ensure MHMS documentation is updated as required, including obtaining required approvals and posting to the MH Connect governance libraries. This includes incorporation of new or revised internal policies and procedures into the MHMS, new processes, procedures or practices established through continuous improvement efforts, requirements imposed by the ISO 9001:2015 standard or regulatory edicts, or changes and additions to current practices triggered using new technologies- Update, formalize, and post approved new or revised MHMS documents in accordance with prescribed MHMS procedures- Assist the MHMS Team with the compilation and management of MHMS records, meeting minutes, and data to ensure orderly filing and access. Support all members as required. Participate in weekly and bi-weekly team meetings- Support audit processes by managing the internal and external nonconformance tracking and follow-ups in a timely manner. Responsible to assemble data summaries for executives, leadership, and corporate presentations- Responsible to collect, vet and analyze client survey feedback and compile results into master data sheet.- Assist MHMS Team with drafting and peer reviewing marketing content, reports, and corporate communications for both internal and external stakeholders- Update project delivery templates and presentations as required- Facilitate proper file management- Aid in successful ISO auditing preparation-
- General quality planning, research, reporting, and coordination as assigned- Support other initiatives relating to quality management, information management security, and technical development as required

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project)- Strong organizational and decision-making skills required- Able to properly represent the company in a professional manner- Ability to draft correspondence that is clear, concise and grammatically correct- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A customer service oriented, self-starter with the ability to set priorities while multitasking and self-manage project assignments from start to finish- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high-pressure environment- Strong interpersonal skills
