**Job Title: CRM Systems Analyst**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are dedicated to empowering the people and companies who create music and entertainment, providing end-to-end solutions that connect brands with retailers, contractors, and end-users. We are looking for a skilled CRM Systems Analyst to join our team and help us manage and optimize our systems.

As a CRM Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our Zoho systems. You will also work closely with various divisions to ensure the systems meet their needs and help drive our business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will participate in the implementation of various CRM functionalities including:

- Gathering business needs and translating them into system requirements. Ensuring proper testing plans are done
- You will interface with key users, management and IT team members on supports issus or projects
- You are expected to manage user accounts, roles, and permissions and provide training and support to users.
- Create automations to improve user experience. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, Desk, and other Zoho-related issues.
- Stay updated with Zoho product updates and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role. Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and business processes.
- Experience using ERP systems and manipulating extracted data
- Proficiency in customizing Zoho/CRM modules, fields, and workflows or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret, debug, and write basic to intermediate scripts in Zoho Deluge or similar languages such C++, Python, or JavaScript.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Description du poste : En tant que CRM Systems Analyst, vous serez responsable de l'administration, de la configuration et du support de nos systèmes Zoho. Vous travaillerez également en étroite collaboration avec les différentes divisions afin de vous assurer que les systèmes répondent à leurs besoins et contribuent à faire progresser notre entreprise.
