We are searching for a Personal Attendant to join our Care at Home team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity

Assist clients with activities of daily living while maintaining a client centered approach (such as dressing, oral care, assistance at meal times with feeding, etc)
Observes, communicates, and documents applicable information related to client’s general physical and emotional well-being
Promotes and maintains healthy relationships with all individuals involved in the clients’ circle of care to ensure best possible outcomes
Completes light housekeeping such as vacuuming and dusting according to care plan
Assists with meal preparation adhering to the principles of food safety
Other duties & responsibilities required based on specific client needs
