About the team you are joining
What your day would be like, you will
- Perform Salesforce configuration and administration, and routine maintenance activities, both in Salesforce Lightning and Classic
- Manage user access and user access rights
- Maintains updated system documentation, policies & procedures
- Promote changes to Production via the existing CI/CD automation based on the Git flow
- Ensure that project teams and enhancements follow the instructions around security configurations (named credentials, access levels, permissions and sharing rules)
- Ensure that all the Salesforce solutions align with our data governance policies
- Review the critical and security updates with each release, not only to confirm that it won’t break any existing functionality, but also to confirm that it wouldn’t expose the platform to any vulnerability
- Set up, maintain, and review monitoring process reporting about suspected and unauthorized behaviours
- Use the existing tools to monitor the platform health status
- Help troubleshoot user-reported issues
- Understand the new features and functions, build proof of concepts and integrate these into the main platform, where relevant
We would love to hear from you if
- 5+ years’ experience in administrating a global Salesforce org for a multinational organization
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experienced in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning
- Experienced in the Git flow
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- BA/BSc Degree in Information Technology, Research, Statistics, Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics or the equivalent fields
