**Investment capital Sales Specialist Description**

JCG Alliance is a unique company focused on finance, investments, development in real estate, Ag-Tech, vertical farming leader in Cannabis sales in Canada, with the goal of using this same process to move into other health & wellness & food supply chain food markets. This growing enterprise is looking for an internal investment sales & marketing assistant. This role will require you to wear many hats - but allow you to be involved in capital raising, finance, real estate, as well as the business planning & development. **Responsibilities and Key Attributes for this role**:
**Key Responsibilities of the GLS Investment Sales Assistant**

This role is interesting to you if you want to work in a small team, be apart of building a business, make meaningful decisions, be directly involved in the sales process, and through your hard work, have the potential to build out a team as you succeed in facilitating growth. Its day to day functions will entail involvement in: Investor relations, investment sales, fund raising activities. Working closely with a team of motivated sales and real estate professionals, this role will be integral to our continued success. If this is consistent with what you can provide via position and skills, and as reasonably assigned and directed by the VP of Business development or his delegate for the purpose of supporting the Company’s desired business outcomes.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Contractor’s services to the Company include the following:

- Create and manage investor prospecting/lead generation outreach campaign & platform for attracting new investment capital.
- Implement & manage an investor CRM platform with ongoing timely relevant touch points, reports etc
- Create & manage an Investor onboarding system to streamline new investors on-boarding.
- Implement and manage an investment sales process platform, with SOP’s for on-boarding & training new sales reps.
- Assisting with investor relations correspondence and servicing.
- Assisting the sales team with prospecting throughout the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to becoming an advocate for our firm.
- Event planning.
- Team org structure and build out.
- Project planning & management

**Essential Skills and Abilities**

The individual interested in working for this position must have strong desire to advance and progress along with a passion for sales and building effective client relations. He/she should be comfortable working under tight deadlines and should be able to work in a target driven work environment. Previous sales experience would definitely be preferred. Excellent organization and time management skills, strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team as well as function independently are some of the other required skills and abilities. While a specific skill set is preferred, attitude, work ethic and positivity will be given precedence
- MS office, CRM, copywriting, event & and project planning, logistics/office mgmt., sales experience

Sales & marketing, finance, real estate, agriculture technology

**Salary Details**

The average salary earned by an investment sales assistant generally is dependent on the educational background, the skills, the abilities and his/her previous experience in a similar field. The average annual salary offered for this position is in the range of $38,000 to $44,000 annually plus 5- 7 % in commissions that are earned on the sales generated by the team. This salary may include additional bonuses.

**Work Schedule**

Though this professional is expected to work during standard work hours, he/she may be required to work overtime in the evenings, weekends, or public holidays to meet the sales targets.
