Our Boisbriand team is currently looking for a Deployment Technician reporting to the Operations Manager.

The technician ensures the planning and coordination of the configuration and preparation tasks of the digital device. He will be required to handle various operating systems, in different forms and will be responsible for the quality and compliance of these.

Your day-to-day
Generation/download/extraction/transfer of data and multimedia content
Device configuration, Tizen, Android and Windows
Pack and label equipment
Receipt and shipment of goods
Maintaining the updated inventory
Ensure that production requests via Jira/Trello comply with our standards and conventions
Your qualifications
Technical diploma or AEC diploma in computer science (or equivalent work experience)
Experience in a helpdesk environment
Experience installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops and printers
Experience with Microsoft Windows suite, Office suite and Exchange
Experience with physical, virtual and cloud environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and French)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organized, autonomous and motivated
Comfortable in a fast-paced, informal work environment
Initiative and ability to learn quickly
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Atlassian suite
