Technicien de laboratoire, temporaire avec possibilité de permanence (Quarts de travails variés : matin, soir et nuit).
Heures de travail:
Jour: 06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m
Soir: 02:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Nuit: 10:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m.
Rôle:
En tant que technicien de laboratoire, vous serez responsable d'effectuer des analyses sur les produits en cours et finis et les échantillons de R&D afin de garantir le respect des spécifications. Prend la décision d'accepter/rejeter les matières premières entrantes et les échantillons préalables à l'expédition en fonction de critères préétablis. Place le produit défectueux en attente conformément aux procédures. Résout et signale les problèmes de défauts. Interagit avec les autres départements pour communiquer les résultats des tests.

Avant tout, vous devrez effectuer toutes vos activités avec fiabilité, intégrité, conformité et d'une manière sécuritaire, respectueuse de l'environnement et de façon efficace.
Vos responsabilités:
- Surveiller et documenter les paramètres de qualité lié au processus du moulin (de la réception du blé à la farine moulue) et du produit fini (vrac et ensachage) en conformité avec la qualité et la cohérence du produit. Fournir des commentaires en temps opportun au responsable du laboratoire et à la production.
- Exécuter avec compétence des techniques de laboratoire analytiques à l'aide d'outils de laboratoire de base : balance, micropipettes, dessiccateurs, burettes, calculatrice, préparer des solutions, etc., NIR, granulation, analyses primaires (analyses des cendres humides et de l'humidité humide). Doit maintenir une certification mensuelle conformément à la politique de l'entreprise.
- Saisie des données (qualité & sécurité alimentaire). Applications Microsoft pour stocker des données et d'autres entrées de données, selon les besoins. Utiliser et créer : des feuilles de calcul, des formulaires ou d'autres outils de collecte de données fournis par l'entreprise.
- Préparer et distribuer des certificats d'analyse.
- Collecte et manipulation d'échantillons : collectez, étiquetez, enregistrez, emballez et expédiez avec précision et habileté les échantillons aux clients, à d'autres laboratoires et à d'autres usines.
- Équipement, entretien du laboratoire et 5s : maintenir le laboratoire dans un état prêt pour l'audit/les visiteurs. Gardez le contrôle de l'équipement et des processus d'analyse. Effectuer l'entretien de routine et l'étalonnage, au besoin.
- Gestion et archivage de base de la documentation de qualité
- Autres tâches pour soutenir le département Qualité & Sécurité Alimentaire
- Possibilité de devenir un poste permanent à temps plein avec quelques changements de rôle.

Compétences et expérience essentielles:
- CEGEP ou B.Sc. dans le domaine des sciences ou expérience de travail équivalente dans un laboratoire
- Grande attention aux détails
- Fortes compétences en communication. Une excellente connaissance du français (lu, écrit et parlé) est requise pour ce poste. L’anglais est un atout important.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches avec succès
- Grande capacité d’utilisation d’ordinateur en générale, y compris les systèmes basés sur Internet
Bon à avoir:
- Très motivé et regarde/demande des tâches supplémentaires lorsque les tâches sont terminées
- Peut dépanner et aider les autres à résoudre les problèmes
Exigences physiques et conditions de travail (avec ou sans aménagements raisonnables):
- Aucune allergie connue aux produits à base de blé
- Capable de transporter des échantillons jusqu'à 10 kg
- Utilisez des équipements de protection individuelle - EPI
- Peut travailler sur les 3 quarts de travail (jour, soir, nuit) en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
- Peut être appelé à travailler les fins de semaine et les jours fériés pour des besoins opérationnels.
