Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and deliver engaging instructional and guidance on how to operate airsoft guns and shooting stations
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain situational awareness of any unsafe actions
- Provide any advice, tips, and assistance to newer players
- Preparing/loading up guns for upcoming groups
- Maintain cleaning duties once a week

**Requirements**:

- Airsoft knowledge/experience is a MUST
- Previous experience in teaching or instructing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a busy/loud environment
- Ability to teach in Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to teach/willing to teach archery is a plus
