We provide evidence-based services to children and adults ranging in abilities and diagnoses. Our services are offered in our clients’ homes and community, and in our beautiful state-of the-art Centre located in Hamilton.

**Responsibilities**:
Reception duties: answer telephone, direct calls, gather mail, greet families. Notify staff of client arrivals and departures. First point of contact for family questions and concerns
Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, concerns, upkeep, and inventory. Correspond with service companies and personnel
Supervise occupational health and safety compliance and provide training and mentorship to employees. Maintain legislated health and safety standards. Member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee
Oversee purchase requests of materials/toys and ensure accurate petty cash logs. Process all payments for goods, contracts, and services
Organizing resource room, materials, delegating and overseeing tasks during session coverage. Maintaining environmentally and age-appropriate therapy rooms and collaborating with staff on needs
Clerical duties: filing, scanning, copying, creating, recording meeting minutes, coordinate and oversee therapy room schedules and cohorts
Create, implement, and evaluate Centre processes and procedures with team members to ensure quality of services for clients and accountability for staff under the supervision of the Clinical Director
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Centre i.e. implementation of Centre policies, scheduling conflicts, staff concerns, client sickness, room conflicts, first aid, etc
Complete client intake process: meet with clients and families; answer questions; discuss policies and procedures; manage waitlist
Implement internal and external communications strategies and projects: draft and post social media and web content according to Momentum’s social media strategy; prepare social media, photo/video content
Provide administrative support to internal teams: assist Scheduling Team with client scheduling changes/requests; update service policies with CEO
Communicate with third parties for client and business information
Other duties/tasks as determined by supervisor/manager
**Qualifications and Skills**
Experience with children and/or young adults with autism considered an asset
Reliable with strong organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Accept and incorporate feedback willingly
Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
Able to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Maintains confidentiality
**Education and Experience**
Post-secondary education in business administration or similar is preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience
Standard First Aid & CPR (required)
Health and Safety Certificate(s)
Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (required)
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
