**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Logistics, Inventory & Contract Management
- Contract and order guide management
- Maintain product specs database
- Manage supply/distribution issues and communicate the changes to stakeholders
- Support Request for Proposal (RFP) process for all departments
- Support all departments with any supply chain requirements
- Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Support Menu Rollouts
- Manage sample requests, add-delete list, and dead stock/waste
- Forecast velocity and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Manage changes to the POS Database

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a procurement and/or administrative role
- Computer proficiency required including advanced Excel, Word & Outlook, Office 365
- Experience with Inventory Control and POS Systems is considered an asset
- Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industry is considered an asset
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier compatibility to meet business needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to rapidly changing business environments
