Appraiser Coordinator

**This position is to cover a maternity leave and will be approximately 13 months in duration.**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and assign files to appraisers
- Act as a liaison for FNF and TrueFind
- Calculate and manage appraiser invoicing
- Manage appraisal assignments from beginning to end
- Onboard new appraisers, complete the appraiser profile and system configuration
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Resolve routine issues and escalate as necessary
- Keep supervisors informed of your progress, of any issues and potential problems
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication with our appraiser
- Participate in regular team meetings and project debriefs
- Work cooperatively with team members across the organization
- Develop internal network and relationships to facilitate information sharing, cross training and create awareness of the appraiser market
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in the property appraisal and/or mortgage industry
- Excellent research, quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and SharePoint
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, takes initiative and is resourceful
- Projects a professional image and demonstrates good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
