**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategic business partner, working closely with the sales and marketing team to leverage data analysis and visualization tools to drive actionable business unit decisions.
- Perform data validation and end user testing of dashboards to ensure data accuracy and usability and self service dashboarding capabilities as required.
- Support compensation related activities associated with bonus plan design, target setting, performance reporting, and payouts.
- Participate, lead and/or manage Sales Operations projects as required.
- Provide training and onboarding to new associates as required. Develop training plan for all user level. Maintain training documents to ensure they are up to date.
- Perform other ad hoc sales analytics as required.

**ABILITIES**:

- Strong business acumen coupled with a high-level analytical capability.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process oriented, proactive and customer focused.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- University Degree
- Minimum 5 years work experience with at least 2 years focused on sales analytics or sales compensation.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities required)
- PowerBI, SAP, Salesforce, Power Query/Dax, SQL
