**Position Overview**

The Bilingual CRM Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of effective Digital/CRM strategies and programs to build and promote UNIQLO brand in Canada using owned and paid media channels.

Reporting into the CRM Manager this role would be responsible for building and executing Digital Marketing/CRM strategies while ensuring continuous optimization in performance through testing (creative, copy, send times, segmentation etc.)
- Manage the implementation of owned media including e-newsletter, App Push, SMS, and so on.
- Creates and distributes engaging written/graphic/video contents in the form of e-newsletters, web page, blog content, and/or social media messages etc.
- Assist in creating and approving ad-copy and other media assets
- Monitor digital performance and KPI’s on a regular cadence to ensure we continually achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a positive return on our investment
- Work closely with cross functional teams (EC, MK, Merchandising, etc.) to develop comprehensive plans that support brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with digital marketing agency to increase revenue& the number of customers to the EC as well as stores.
- Grow UNIQLO membership and maintain its health by managing deliverability, contact frequency and content.
- Other job duties as assigned

**Desired Skills and Experiences**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in CRM /Digital Marketing or E-Commerce
- Bilingual in French and English required (written and verbal fluency)
- Proficiency using Google Analytics
- Expert in Adobe CC suite
- Familiar with HTML creation
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Expert Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must
