**Duties**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents.
- Unload and load trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and roller carts.
- Inspect shipments for damages or defects and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to job requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in package handling techniques to ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive items.
- Basic math skills to accurately count inventory and verify quantities.
- Familiarity with ERP software to help track ship dates of jobs.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect shipments for damages or defects.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
