Vesta Wealth Partners Ltd. is a Calgary based Wealth Management firm offering a unique array of active, passive, factor-based and alternatives solutions. We work closely with clients to construct optimal portfolios and are looking to welcome a Client Services Associate into our company who will be primarily responsible for managing our clients onboarding and administrative needs.

**Reports to: Operations Manager**

**Location**:Calgary Office

**Basis**:Permanent full-time

**Office Work Model**:Hybrid

**Primary Duties**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients with respect to client service on-boarding initiatives.
- Verify that all documentation received from the client comply with regulatory and compliance standards and firm-wide policies.
- Client account updates and administration internally and through our custodial accounts.
- Day to day client cash flow management and administrative needs.
- Administration of cash flow needs for internal and external funds.
- Prepare fund and client bulk trades for submission based on provided instructions from Investment Management Team.
- Confirm cash flow management, coordinating trade sheets with portfolio managers.
- Reporting as required by management team.
- Review shared inboxes to enter and prioritize tasks
- Classify new securities weekly for reporting and analysis.
- Generate tax packages for accounting review.
- Enter and review billing information, review billing information for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide Investment Management team with account deficiencies to facilitate billing needs.
- Communicate with web developer as necessary to efficiently update processes and data needs.
- Ad hoc administrative and data analysis work as may be required.

**Expertise and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in an investment management firm or bank preferred
- Able to switch seamlessly between tasks
- Efficient at prioritizing tasks and delivering under short lead times
- Excellent communication skills within the team and when talking to clients and business partners
- Able to problem solve independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, with careful attention to detail
- Solid technical knowledge of Windows and Microsoft operating systems. Comfort working with data and new data technology systems
- Works well under deadline pressure and in dynamic environments

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
