Entrepreneurial approach to increase Cash and Carry sales and operating profit by providing customer thrill support relating to the Company’s products and services to both customers and prospects. Mining new opportunities from existing customer base and soliciting new prospects to grow business. Increase revenue by winning sales across a broad base of customers, typically small and mid-range customers.

Key Accountabilities
- Drive multiple aspects of the sales cycle - identify and develop incoming leads, qualify the leads, understand

customer needs, develop the value proposition, negotiate, and close business.
- Handle customer general inquires and provide support to walk-in customers and respond quickly and in a

professional manner
- Develop relationships with new prospects and maintain relationships with established customers while

selling company products and services
- Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, recommend products and/or services, source

product and provide pricing.
- Target existing customers and lapsed customers and proactively make outbound calls to generate

opportunities and sales. Track all efforts in Salesforce.
- Liaise with AC’s and/or outside sales to determine the best approach to provide service and support;
facilitate the handover process if/when appropriate.
- Fulfill employee portion of the “Berlin Values”.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Prior experience prospecting new customers with demonstrated success developing new business
- Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with limited guidance and direction
- Strong business acumen; understands business, products, customers, and suppliers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and active listening
- Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up
- Assertive, takes initiative and leverages network and uses creativity to build new business
- Consultative; ability to positively connect with a wide variety of customers and prospects
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Takes pride in going above and beyond for customers
