**What you will do**:

- Assist retail, wholesale, and online customer requests.
- Assist Technicians in attaining proper parts for repairs.
- Handle incoming orders.
- Maintain cleanliness.

**For this role, come equipped with**:

- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Customer service experience and a positive approach to facilitating an outstanding customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- The ability to provide the best customer service in the highly competitive automotive field.
- Organization and prioritization skills.
- Computer literacy.
