Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for answering telephone, screening, and directing calls immediately
- Invoicing clients with high attention to detail
- Manage the full sales cycle including cold calling, prospecting, pitching, and closing sales
- Help organize items for review and ensure timelines are met
- Performing additional ad hov tasks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Outlook, Google Suite, and/or Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy
**Skills**:
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- General office management skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- high aptitude for problem-solving
- Experience in handling customer, supplier, and employee inquiries
**Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma or in progress preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of office administration techniques, accurate keyboarding, grammar, and spelling skills are essential

Pay: $20.00 per hour
