Relevant du directeur du contrôle de la qualité, le technicien en contrôle qualité est chargé de veiller à ce que chacun de nos repas soit de la meilleure qualité possible. Il évalue les repas et les ingrédients avant, pendant et après le processus de production, en effectuant divers tests, y compris des tests de goût, et en gardant une trace de leurs résultats.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Veiller au respect des protocoles d'hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire et des politiques et procédures de travail par les membres de l’équipe de production.
- Produire un rapport d'inspection deux fois par jour.
- Vérifier et contrôler les feuilles de production et les points de contrôle critiques.
- Vérifier les chartes de cuissons et fermentation.
- Faire l'inspection pré-opérationnelle.
- Vérifier l'état des équipements de travail, et l'étalonnage des thermomètres, sondes et balance, etc.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements et la production pour tout projet impliquant le contrôle de la qualité.
**COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire.
- Diplôme en sciences des aliments, diététique ou un champ connexe (un atout).
- Compétences de communication en français et anglais.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
- Efficacité d’exécution.
- Rigueur.
- Sens de l’organisation.

**SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Director of Quality Control, the Quality Control Technician ensures that every meal made is of the highest possible quality. They evaluate the quality of the meals and ingredients before, during and after the production process, conducting a variety of tests, including tasting the food and keeping a record of their results.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that the hygiene and food safety protocols and understood, followed and applied by all team members within the production area.
- Prepare inspection reports twice a day.
- Check and control production sheets and critical control points.
- Verify and check the parameters of cooking and fermentation.
- Conduct the pre-operational inspections.
- Ensure that the equipment, thermometers, probes, scales, etc. are correctly calibrated and functioning.
- Collaborate with other departments and production on various quality control related issues.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Degree in food science, dietetics, or a related field (an asset).
- French and English spoken.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Meticulousness.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team
