**Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator**

**_Job Duties _**:

- _
- As new jobs arrive, assess the type of quote required, the client and the closing date of the tender, and determine prioritization of the quote
- Study work orders, diagrams, specification, drawings and blueprints to understand the scope of work to be bid
- Responsible for managing all RFI and VPO throughout the estimate and until completion of the project
- Write an accurate scope of work for each project assigned
- Complete/submit all required quotes or request for information in a timely manner
- Manage and update all files and assigned accounts to ensure accuracy
- Manage and review P. O’s for accuracy
- Ensure all reasonable steps are taken in order to achieve workplace harmony
- Maintain sound and cooperative working relationships with existing customers
- Actively promote the organization & services offered by the company within the industry

**_Requirements _**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specification
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal structure while exercising great judgment
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
