Toutes autres taches connexes.As a member of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:Industrial butchers slaughter livestock using stunning devices and knives;Skin, clean and trim carcasses and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses;Split and cut carcasses into smaller portions and different meat cuts to facilitate handling and further processing;Participate as needed in the removal of bones, skin, excess fat, bruises or other blemishes from carcasses or meat portions.Contribute to the production area housekeeping, packaging, and any other related task pursuant to the collective agreement. Red Deer, AB T4P 2H8Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-Time Position for 40 hours per week, with guaranteed minimum hours of 74 hours per two weeks, and the possibility of overtime.Benefits Vacation, supplementary healthcare and possibility to participate in Pension Plan as per described in the collective agreement in effect.Earn Competitive Hourly Wages between $16.60 - $21.60 as per the collective agreement in effect, with the possibility of a quick and progressive wage upgrade.
