Notre organisme, en tant que centre pluridisciplinaire, offre 5 volets de services : appui et collaboration avec les organismes de la région

**Description du poste**: Sous la responsabilité de la directrice générale, l'agent.e de communication, marketing et développement assume diverses responsabilités se rapportant au développement d'outils et de partenariats, ainsi qu'à la diffusion et à la promotion des activités, services et programmes offerts par le CFH à la communauté francophone et francophile de la région de Hamilton. Les tâches liées à cette fonction doivent être effectuées en français et en anglais.
**Date d'entrée en fonction**: Dès que possible
**Lieu de travail**: 56 rue Mulberry, Hamilton, Ontario. Le poste peut être réalisé en télétravail, mais des déplacements réguliers à Hamilton et dans la région proche font partie intégrante du poste.

**RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS**:
- L'amélioration de la diffusion des services du CFH par le développement et le maintien d'outils de communication;
- L'augmentation de la promotion des services et le développement de l'auditoire du CFH par le développement et le maintien de stratégies marketing;
- Le développement et le maintien des partenariats et des commandites pour l'ensemble des services du CFH, selon les cibles annuelles;
- Le maintien et le renforcement de l'image publique du CFH, en adéquation avec les valeurs organisationnelles de l'organisme;
- Un soutien efficace à la direction générale et aux autres membres de l'équipe dans l'atteinte des objectifs fixés par l'organisme;
- La réalisation des tâches à l'intérieur des délais établis dans les échéanciers de l'organisation.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Communication**:
- Développer et mettre en oeuvre des plans de communication pour les projets en cours du CFH;
- Créer et développer tout support de communication digital et physique nécessaire à la réalisation de ces plans;
- Réaliser des tâches administratives et rédactionnelles en lien avec la communication : publications médias sociaux, rédaction de revues de presse, de communiqués de presse, infolettres mensuelles et spéciales, mise à jour du site web, coordination de campagnes d'affichage, etc.
- Maintenir et développer les listes de contacts du CFH à jour : presse et médias, clients, abonnés, organismes partenaires, commanditaires.
- Maintenir et développer le nombre d'abonnés aux réseaux sociaux du CFH (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter);
- Créer et développer tout nouvel outil, projet ou stratégie de communication nécessaire à l'atteinte des résultats attendus.
**Marketing**:
- Assurer le développement des stratégies et des outils de promotion des activités et services du CFH nécessaires au développement de l'auditoire;
- Coordonner la budgétisation, la conception et la distribution des outils marketing;
- Assurer une bonne relation de travail avec les fournisseurs de services en lien avec les partenariats, les communications et les relations médiatiques;
- Développer et mettre en oeuvre un plan de commandites et de partenariats pour les activités principales du CFH (camps de jour, festival FrancoFEST);
- Développer, créer et administrer les ententes de partenariat en lien avec les communications et les relations médiatiques;
- Sélectionner, commander et distribuer le matériel et les outils promotionnels lors des activités et services du CFH ou auprès de ses partenaires.
**Autres tâches**:
- Rédiger tout rapport de communication ou tout autre rapport lié aux fonctions du poste;
- Assurer la mesure des résultats et l'évaluation continue de toutes les responsabilités liées au poste, de concert avec la direction générale;
- Collecter des données statistiques sur le profil démographique des francophones de la région et tenir à jour la collecte de données interne du CFH;
- Représenter le CFH lors d'activités ou d'événements communautaires;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe jugée utile ou nécessaire.
