Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list if necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.
- Accepting take-out and delivery orders over the phone and the tablet.
- Keeping a track of all take-out orders and collecting payments when needed.
- Acquiring knowledge of the menu and answering related questions.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.
- Will be a highly motivated person who enjoys working with and for people.
- Appreciates the importance of great customer service and is actively finding ways to improve each customer's overall experience.
- Must be able to guide guests through the menu, answer questions, make recommendations, and suggest appropriate meals if required.
- Is hardworking and a reliable team member.
- Prioritizes their work appropriately and manages time well during busy hours.
- Is good at multi-tasking and supporting the team in various roles.
- Wants to learn from others and is always keen to improve their own skills or develop new ones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
