**Job Summary**:
The Operations Revenue Assurance Manager is a key role that works directly with senior operational and leadership across multiple business groups to monitor operational execution of the revenue streams across our commodity and non-commodity lines of business spanning multiple business geographies. This role will be responsible for several aspects of revenue assurance including monitoring reporting, advanced data analysis, revenue leakage identification and mitigation, audit and controls checking across multiple operational geographies and system landscapes and supporting business process change associated with revenue assurance improvements. They will monitor financial and operational metrics, work with other departments to implement best practices and define error resolution processes. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, the ability to self-learn and connect dots quickly, extreme comfort with data and numbers, the ability to articulately communicate with multiple leadership levels, present facts, and data in a professional and crisp manner to drive executive conversations and drive results in an agile business environment. Even though an independent contributor role, this is a very high impact and high visibility role. The successful person will be comfortable navigating through shifting priorities, juggling multiple projects, communicating with executive audience, and complex problem solving with very little to no supervision.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Mississauga office, we expect the role to be present in the office at least 1-2 times each week.

**Areas of responsibilities**:
1. Operational compliance and revenue assurance on items resulting from Regulatory changes. Some examples include EROCT Securitization Charges approved as part of HB4492 in the Texas market, Massachusetts Fuel Security Adder, Texas Fuel Security Adder, Ancillary Pass-Through, and other government mandated rebate programs.
- Understanding of the cost structure - coordinate with Supply and Structuring teams to ensure operational interpretation of the billing methodology is accurate
- Coordinate with Data Analytics team to build business reporting to monitor billing performance
- Partner and support operational change teams in the execution of the operational processes to ensure revenue /billing of these components
- Own the cadence on studying and monitoring of rate updates needed to ensure our revenue numbers are in line with cost, help drive the rate change discussions and approvals and hand-off to the core operational teams for execution.

2. Monitor our core commodity business revenue trends and revenue categories factoring in seasonality to isolate any potential anomalies and get ahead of potential revenue leakages. This needs keen attention to detail, good business acumen, the ability to sniff issues from a high level.

3. Oversight on the non-commodity product suites from a standpoint of ensuring their revenue and discount obligations into the core commodity products.

a. As our business continues to grow and our product offering continue to expand, we need operational revenue assurance monitoring on various non
- commodity product offerings like Sustainability Bundles, Water Filtration products, Smart Thermostats etc., especially as they flow into our traditional commodity products in the form of discounts and offers as part of our value-added product strategy.

b. Monitor through reporting anomalies in discount obligations associated with these product offerings - alerting the relevant operational leadership team and assist them with the details to help resolve the gap

c. On the flip side ensuring we aren’t giving away discounts when we shouldn’t be to prevent undue revenue leakage

4. Monitor credits being issued across various categories, study trends, identify bubbles and discrepancies and bring to the attention of leadership potential issues that can be averted by timely intervention to prevent revenue losses. This can involve studies current credit policies, partnering with leadership and multiple groups on making recommendations changes to policies.

5. Campaign analysis - analyze adhoc campaign economic performance to ensure we are meeting the campaign KPIs from a financial tangibility standpoint, present findings, coordinate res
