**Stoke's Inland Grill and Bar** is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our customers and employees, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies. You will deliver high-quality customer service and create a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the restaurant staff and oversee its operations
- Develop the company’s marketing strategy to maximize sales growth
- Establish and maintain business policies that are consistent with legal regulations and our company's objectives
- Create a fun, comfortable environment for customers and workers to perform
- Ensure high quality of food and drinks to minimize waste
- Maintain the business’s appearance to ensure maximum appeal within the market
- Propose ways to increase sales or increase profitability including expansion or hiring more employees or improving customer service.
- Control costs and monitor inventory
- Report to management on opening or closing costs, sales, trends, etc.
- Cough up with employee problems or issues. Be the voice of reason We need someone who can be counted on to speak truth to power. **No experience necessary but you must have a passion for what you do and a willingness to learn**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
