**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage meeting communications professionally and courteously, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff coordination.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client and caregiver records.
- Help draft and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with caregivers to align schedules and client needs efficiently.
- Manage social media updates and marketing support as needed.
- Oversee office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Assist with financial record-keeping tasks using QuickBooks (training available if needed).

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare administration is a bonus.
