**Title**: Client Care Coordinator | _30 - 40 hrs per week _ depending on clinic needs

Oakville Kids Physio is a bright and energetic private pediatric physiotherapy clinic. We believe that babies, children and youth should have a place designed just for them - a place where they can reach their goals We provide specialized, one-on-one treatment exclusively for children (birth to 18 years). Many of our clients have chronic physical, neurological or congenital disorders. Others are young athletes, community sports participants or children with activity or growth-related injuries. As the first client point of contact at Kids Physio Group, we are looking for an individual who is:

- welcoming and LOVES working with kids
- able to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
- extremely organized and capable of multitasking
- an innovative thinker

**Job Requirements**:

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent;
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as their Google Drive equivalents;
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team;
- Ability to maintain meticulous records;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Superior organization.

**Qualifications that will give you a leg up**:

- Post-secondary degree in an applicable field
- Experience with _Jane app _
- Experience in managing third-party service providers
- Social Media experience
- First Aid skills and/or certificates
- Experience working with children

Wage - $17.50/hour depending on experience and commitment
