**About this Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Story Creation and Refinement**:Write user stories that accurately reflect customer needs and are clear and concise for the development team.
- **Product Demonstrations**:Conduct product demonstrations to internal teams, effectively communicating features and updates.
- **Organizational Support**: Planning RV campaigns, delegating tasks to project team members, supervising those deliverables, and ensuring RV projects are completed on time, within budget, and efficiently as possible.
- **Operational Support**:Provide ongoing support and training for operational teams; including change management, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth platform functionality.
- **Monitoring**: Proactively monitor in-market RV campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to identify potential optimizations.
- **Voice of Customer Feedback**:Actively gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams, such as account management, and clients, to continuously improve the product.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engage with multiple stakeholders across the organization to align product development with organizational goals.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with an agile team, including product team, data entry clerks, operations, and QA leads, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a project management, product owner, or related product development role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with project management theory and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Experience or understanding of the agile development process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
