Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Agent is responsible for handling reservations and front office tasks in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional guest services at all times
- Help to build the experience for our customers through a guest comes first attitude
- Responds to guest’s questions and concerns in a polite manner
- Responsible for handling and maintaining a cash float
- Responsible for accurately entering and maintaining guest reservations
- Communicates effectively with guests, co-workers and supervisors
- Effectively managing time to complete all tasks assigned during their shift
- Follows established hotel rules and safety procedures
- Ensures organization and cleanliness of all front desk areas

**Requirements**:

- Hotel experience of 2 years
- Have a positive and caring attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Be a team player
- Friendly & outgoing personality
- Has a genuine desire and ability to exceed guest expectations
- Always maintains a professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Night audit shifts may apply

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
