**YOUR MISSION**
- Develop costume models and optimize existing concepts in compliance with APTO standards: Artistic, Performance, Technical and Operational;
- Create, draw and produce patterns from the artist's measurements using software;
- Perform grading and size assignment;
- Work closely with various parties involved in the development and reproduction of costume items;
- Collaborate with show operations teams (Head Costume Designer) in problem-solving;
- Perform costume fittings with artists;
- Write and update technical documentation.

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- DEC in fashion design, theatrical production, or equivalent;
- At least two years' experience in pattern making or costume cutting;
- Knowledge of grading;
- Experience with pattern-making software; Optitex an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of different fabrics, including knit and woven, as well as cutting and tailoring methods;
- Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and to work as part of a team under pressure;
- An analytical mind and an interest in problem-solving;
- A positive and motivated attitude;
- Good speed of execution;
- Autonomy;
- Fluency in French and English.
