Residential Cleaner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential and Post Construction Cleaners to join our team
- Part time based on cleaning contracts. Start dates in June.
- Experience in residential and post construction cleaning is preferred however related cleaning experience will be considered such as AirBnB and commercial office cleaning.
- Work locations between Langdale/Gibsons and Pender Harbour.
- The scope of work: air BnB, Residential homes, and post construction cleaning for new townhomes, condos, houses
- You must be physically capable, however, there is no heavy lifting. For post construction cleaning sites, you may need Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel toe shoes, a hard hat and reflective vest.
- You must be available between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm.
- You will need a valid drivers license, a vehicle and cell phone. Must be bondable.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete cleaning duties within designated timeframes
- Commercial cleaning: Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
- Professionalism: Ability to interact professionally with customers and co workers
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
