First Nations Insurance (FNIS) is growing and seeking a **Group Benefits Service Representative** to join us in our Saskatoon office. We are looking for a client
- focused, career driven individual who is focused on growing their group insurance industry knowledge and experience.

As a **Group Benefits Service Representative** you will be responsible for supporting Advisors, in the management and growth of our client base. The role combines elements of customer service and administration, to effectively manage client relationships and promote our service offerings.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage a high volume of inquiries and requests in a timely manner, by prioritizing effectively
- Build rapport and provide superior customer service to stakeholders
- Assist with claims, administration, and underwriting inquiries
- Support Advisors in the preparation of customized sales documents, renewals, education presentations and other service tools
- Conduct Employee and Plan Administration Training in person and virtually
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of process and procedure notes applicable to the role. Identify and suggest efficiencies in documentation and processes
- Adhere to Service Level Standards, Professional Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
- Other duties as required

**Role Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Proficient in delivering clear, engaging presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ie Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Organized, Trustworthy, Respectful, Approachable
- Demonstrate cultural competencies by displaying a set of values, behaviours, attitudes, which enables you to work effectively cross culturally
- Ability to travel
- Must have valid drivers license and access to a vehicle

**Educational Requirements**:
Life License within the Province of Saskatchewan would be an asset

Business or Administration Diploma, or three year's experience working in an office environment would be an asset

Experience with Group Insurance, Pension/Savings Plans, and/or Individual Insurance products would be an asset

Pay: $29.63-$32.67 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
