- Vous continuerez de faire une différence :_- en étant l’ambassadeur.trice de votre centre de services et en faisant en sorte que tous les clients sont accueillis avec l’attention qu’ils méritent (vous consacrerez 90 % de votre temps aux relations avec les clients);- en ajoutant de la valeur pour les clients et en trouvant des moyens d’accroître les revenus de votre centre;- en dirigeant une équipe dans le but d’obtenir des résultats et en gérant le temps de vos employés de façon stratégique, en restant à l’écoute des objectifs de votre équipe et en demandant de l’aide au besoin.

Votre profil:
- Vous possédez de préférence trois ans d’expérience en gestion ou en direction d’équipe. Une expérience en vente serait un atout- Vous manifestez de l’intérêt pour le travail d’équipe et vous avez le souci de favoriser la croissance des personnes ayant des possibilités exceptionnelles.- Les défis vous stimulent et voyez l’occasion qui se cache dans chaque situation.- L’expérience pratique du secteur des véhicules est un atout, mais n’est pas une exigence.
