The Digital Archivist plays a key administrative role within our Admin Department. Working alongside the Controller and interdepartmentally as a team player promoting the dealerships success. A detail-oriented individual with strong organization skills and ability to multi-task will flourish in this role.

**Remuneration: $17 per hour.**

Job Duties:

- Input and Maintenance of digital records
- Scanning of all files to DSDA (our software system)
- Ensuring that all files being scanned to DSDA (our software system) have staples removed, paper clips removed, and any small pieces of paper such as receipts are taped down for scanning.
- Assist Controller and Office Manager with tasks as delegated.
Administrative Filing duties.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CDK Experience an asset
- Good attention to detail
Good Communication skills, written and oral
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment.
