**Position Description**:
Reporting to the Manager of Protection and Fire Services, and acting as the SickKids badge expert, the Badge and Access Control Coordinator will be responsible for the Hospital¿s badging, access control and key control for over 9000 SickKids employees, volunteers, researchers, and contractors.

**Here¿s What You¿ll Get To Do**
- Ensure badges are accurately created and activated with payroll systems, inventoried and deactivated
- Maintain key control and access control databases in accordance with hospital policy
- Monitor Closed Circuit Television (C.C.T.V.) and access control Security Guard, as required during emergency situations

**Here¿s What You¿ll Need**
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Security and Protection Services field
- Previous experience working in a health care environment would be an asset
- Must have a valid security license through the Ministry of Community and Correctional Services
- Ability to deal with confidential issues and interact with people at all levels within the organization
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills, good oral/written communication
- Administrative experience, and proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word
- Acuity for details and ability to prioritize
- Demonstrated ability to be self directed and organized
- Knowledge using JB Dev, Lotus Notes, Maestro, Perspective Report Writing Software, Morse Time Systems, Panasonic ASM 100 Software would be an asset

**Employment Type**: Permanent full-time (35 hours/week)
