**LICENSED INSURANCE BROKER,**
You will be backed by one of the largest independent, employee-controlled brokerages in Canada, Acera Insurance. Our collaborative work structure combines our people’s strength and expertise to offer greater value, knowledge, and resources to our clients nationwide.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Participate in up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our business and team.
- Day to day client servicing.
- All other duties as directed by management.
**Location and Status**:
- Lethbridge, AB
- Permanent full-time employment
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30 pm
**Qualifications**:
- Current Level 1 Alberta Insurance License
- Level 2 Insurance License would be considered an asset;
- 2+ years of related experience in the insurance industry
- Previous customer service experience
