Reporting to the Manager, Employee Well-being, the **Program Manager, Employee Well-being** will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to developing and managing Canada Life’s employee well-being program. The goal of this program is to foster a healthy, engaged workforce and support employees in staying productive and at work.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate on the development and implementation of a comprehensive well-being strategy to promote employee health, reduce disability claims, and enhance engagement.
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day well-being program management.
- Lead well-being activities, program launches, and action plans.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, and improve program impact.
- Conduct benchmarking and research on industry best practices and trends.
- Create and deliver accessible educational resources and tools to support employees and leaders in fostering workplace well-being.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultative support on well-being matters to HR and Employee Relations teams.
- Monitor disability trends and collaborate with HR to address challenges proactively.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum of 5 years in the disability management/prevention, health promotion, or other relevant human resource fields.
- Able to build strong and collaborative relationships, serving as a go-to expert for well-being-related matters.
- Strong understanding of National Standards for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and Accessibility
- Deliver clear and concise information tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leaders, HR partners, and employees.
- Plan and execute projects with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes that drive employee health and engagement.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use data analytics and reporting tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable managing and driving change within an organization, with a focus on improving processes and outcomes.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in English and French is an asset.

**12-Month Temporary Full-Time Position.**

**This position can be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba or Toronto, Ontario. Our Human Resources team currently works on a hybrid workstyle and in-office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.**

The base salary for this position is between **$61,900-$114,500** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
