**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supply Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Operations team, you will provide support to ensure our production plans & schedules support customer expectations and deliveries.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Forecast management of key production assemblies
- Final assembly scheduling of all customers finished goods and integrated systems
- Investigate material availability to support production schedules and own clear-to-build process
- Customer purchase order entry
- Daily communication with production and co-ordination of final assembly & shipping schedules
- Ensure system updates are conducted to provide accurate planning for purchasing activities and manufacturing capacity considerations
- Review and respond to MPS/MRP messages to create schedules in support of customer demand and forecast
- Accurate and timely processing of Engineering Changes
- Analyze and communicate part availability to determine potential impacts on production schedule and action to mitigate impact on customer orders

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business Administration

**Relevant Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a Production Planning capacity or equivalent roles
- Excellent organization, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience and understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies as it relates to planning & scheduling
- Computer proficient
- Experience with JD Edwards ERP preferred but not required
